Steps to make 花朵面包

  • 1.我这次把全部原料一起放入面包机,揉了30分钟。
  • 2.发酵好的面团(用手指蘸少许干粉戳个洞,洞口不回缩不塌陷)
  • 3.排气后平均分成7份。
  • 4.8寸蛋糕模刷油防粘。
  • 5.把滚圆的面团依次放入。
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜2次发酵。
  • 7.轻轻的在面包胚上刷一层鸡蛋液。
  • 8.烤箱预热。180度中层25分钟左右(上色后加盖锡纸)
  • 9.出炉放在网架上晾凉。
