  • 1.准备好食材。9枚鸡蛋、牛奶150g、糖100g、油120g、低粉150g。
  • 2.玉米油加热170度左右。观察锅底部稍微起一点点油花就可以了。
  • 3.面粉加入油中。
  • 4.拌匀。
  • 5.分次加加入牛奶。
  • 6.加入糖。
  • 7.分次加入蛋黄。
  • 8.拌匀。
  • 9.打蛋白霜打出鱼眼泡。
  • 10.分次加入糖。
  • 11.高速打。
  • 12.打出倒钩。
  • 13.1/3蛋白霜加入面粉糊中十字刀翻拌均匀。
  • 14.拌匀后再倒回蛋白霜中。
  • 15.拌匀后震出气泡。
  • 16.准备模具,放好油纸。
  • 17.倒入蛋糕液。烤箱180度预热。烤箱底部放一碗水。130度烤60分钟。
  • 18.出炉切块。
  • 19.烤三十分钟的时候在上面放锡纸,我忘了,有点糊了。
