Steps to make 冬日暖食~饺子皮汤面片

  • 1.食材简简单单,普普通通家常菜最养人。
  • 2.香菜、葱叶和一半蒜苗切碎,放入碗中。另一半蒜苗杆切碎,姜切末,放入碗中。
  • 3.西红柿切丁,杏鲍菇、萝卜切小条。青菜切碎,鸡蛋打入碗中。
  • 4.饺子皮拿出来化冻,把粘在一起的掰开。
  • 5.热锅凉油,油热倒入蒜苗香菜葱叶,加盐、五香粉,炒出香味盛出。
  • 6.这是我们陕西做面条特有的LAN(二声)调和,做出的汤面好吃。
  • 7.锅不洗,倒油,油热炒香蒜苗姜末。
  • 8.放萝卜和杏鲍菇,炒软炒变色。
  • 9.倒入西红柿,翻炒均匀。
  • 10.加调料,量根据自家口味咸淡添减。
  • 11.西红柿炒出汁,加清水,水量根据吃饭人数定。
  • 12.水开下饺子皮,倒进去用筷子搅拌,不要让饺子皮粘在一起。
  • 13.饺子皮煮熟后下青菜。
  • 14.青菜煮上一两分钟,下调料菜,搅匀。
  • 15.用筷子把鸡蛋打成蛋液,淋入锅中,静置一分钟,搅匀即可。
  • 16.有菜、有汤、有面,面条爽滑。
  • 17.汤鲜味美,简单易做又营养丰富。
