[葵花沙拉] --- 普通食材成就一份养眼养胃的精致早餐
今天做了一款特别养眼养胃的能量早餐---葵花沙拉,因为它的样子像向日葵,于是我这样叫它。金黄的蛋皮里,包的是由火腿、面包、紫薯、黑米饭组合成的沙拉,外圈围了草莓,然后搭配了鲜奶。一份营养早餐所应具备的谷类、肉类、蛋类、果蔬类,全都齐了。而且制作时间也很快,十几分钟就能完成。酥脆的面包丁、粉糯的紫薯、Q弹的黑米饭、喷香的火腿,每一种吃在嘴里都有独特的口感。

Steps to make [葵花沙拉] --- 普通食材成就一份养眼养胃的精致早餐

  • 1.面包片切成小丁,放入烤箱烤至金黄酥脆,紫薯去皮切成丁入锅蒸熟,黑米饭备好,早餐火腿切成丁,放在一起。
  • 2.调入一勺丘比沙拉酱,拌均匀。
  • 3.再调入一勺丘比沙拉汁,拌匀。(沙拉的味道可依据自己喜好选择,我加入沙拉汁,是为了让沙拉吃起来更加湿润)
  • 4.准备蛋皮,把鸡蛋磕入碗中,加入少许糖粉和适量牛奶拌匀,再筛入适量低粉搅拌至无颗粒的状态,最后过筛一遍。
  • 5.不粘锅稍微预热后转小火,倒入一半的蛋糊,铺平锅底,煎熟。
  • 6.在蛋饼的中间放上一半的沙拉。
  • 7.包起来,倒扣放在盘子里。
  • 8.在蛋饼皮上划上沙拉,然后在边缘点缀草莓,成为一朵葵花状。
