同事回老家,这么大热的天居然耐心摘了好些蓝莓,大个的,熟透的,散发着迷人清香的,我也得了一大包,拿到手还热乎乎的呢!可是这个怎么吃才好呢,直接洗了吃好像还是觉得有点酸。小家伙要我一起做小个子的彩泥糖葫芦,受了启发,今天清早就起来做了迷你版的蓝莓糖葫芦,感觉还不错哦!

    至于味道嘛,实在上班的点到了,赶紧跑,还没尝过呢!

Steps to make 迷你蓝莓糖葫芦

  • 1.蓝莓挑拣洗净。
  • 2.沥干水分。
  • 3.开水浸泡好的牙签串起蓝莓。
  • 4.在平底锅里倒适量白糖。
  • 5.加适量水。
  • 6.开火熬糖,熬至筷子沾起来浸冷水能凝住。(老实说,因为急着上班,熬得有点过了)
  • 7.平盘抹点橄榄油。
  • 8.蓝莓串沾糖浆。
  • 9.用筷子快速夹起来,撒上白芝麻,搁在平盘中晾凉。
