Steps to make 樱桃果冻

  • 2.琼脂放清水泡1小时以上。
  • 3.琼脂沥水后放入锅内,加纯净水。
  • 4.中火煮开,转小火,不停搅拌,熬至琼脂基本化掉。
  • 5.煮好的琼脂液倒入樱桃汁搅拌均匀。
  • 6.模具放入樱桃,倒入加樱桃汁的琼脂液,放冰箱冷藏成型。
