芒果班戟
芒果班戟是班戟里非常经典的一款,非常受欢迎。用它做小点心也是非常不错的。柔软的外皮,香滑的奶油加上水果,是女孩子们非常喜欢的搭配。
班戟是pancake的粤语音译,用广东话发音就叫“班戟”,原来的意思是薄煎餅、薄烤饼。在国外它只是一张饼,但到了香港,饼里面被包上香浓冰涼的奶油和新鮮水果,完美的组合帶来的是更多的惊喜,那份入口瞬间即溶的甜蜜,搭配上水果,绝对不会让你感觉过腻,吃过了就还想再吃。班戟连烤箱都不用,只要一只不粘平底锅,在家就能轻松操作!

  • 淡奶油100ml
  • 低粉90g
  • 鸡蛋50g
  • 黄油15g
  • 糖粉20g

Steps to make 芒果班戟

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋中加入糖粉。
  • 3.搅打均匀后倒入牛奶继续搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入融化成液态的黄油。
  • 7.搅拌均匀后放静置20分钟,将静置后的面糊过筛。
  • 8.即成细腻的蛋糊。
  • 9.不粘锅小火加热,倒入一大勺面糊,转动锅子让面糊摊成圆饼状。
  • 10.等表面凝结成半透明状取出晾凉。
  • 11.淡奶油中加入细砂糖打发。
  • 12.芒果从中间切开,划十字花刀,取果肉。
  • 13.取一片班戟皮,光滑的那面朝下。放上一小块奶油,上边放上一块芒果。
  • 14.把班戟皮折过来,包住内馅。
  • 15.包好后,倒过来,收口朝下。
  • 16.做好的班戟,摆入盘中,即可食用。
