巧克力果仁马芬
马芬蛋糕也称麦芬蛋糕,在超市我们经常能见到的就是康师傅的妙芙蛋糕。这种蛋糕做法简单,口感蓬松,在日渐寒冷的季节里,用丰盈热量的巧克力和营养丰富的果仁搭配,做一款浓香蓬松的巧克力果仁马芬,是很不错的一道下午茶。

  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 牛奶120克
  • 黄油25克
  • 黑巧克力30克
  • 白糖35克
  • 泡打粉5克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 核桃仁40克
  • 提子干40克

Steps to make 巧克力果仁马芬

  • 1.准备好需要的食材,提子干提前用朗姆酒浸泡2小时左右。核桃弄碎备用。
  • 2.黄油隔水融合,接着和牛奶和鸡蛋混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.面粉过筛后加入泡打粉、白糖,混合均匀。接着把黑巧克力隔水加热到融化。
  • 4.融化的巧克力和牛奶糊混合。
  • 5.将面粉混合物倒入巧克力糊里,倒入浸泡好的提子干和核桃碎,切拌均匀即可。
  • 6.把巧克力糊倒入到模具中,8分满即可。
  • 7.190度预热10分钟,接着烤30分钟。期间可以在25分钟的时候,用牙签扎一下蛋糕,没有带出蛋糕糊,就说明烤好了。
