鹑鹌蛋白果糖水

Steps to make 鹑鹌蛋白果糖水

  • 1.锅里倒入适量水,将鹑鹌蛋放进去煮十五分钟
  • 2.鹑鹌蛋煮熟后去壳清洗干净
  • 3.白果去皮去壳
  • 4.锅里倒入适量水,将腐竹小火放进去煮五分钟
  • 5.将白果放进去中火煮十分钟
  • 6.将剥皮的鹑鹌蛋放进去
  • 7.放入冰糖煮十分钟至白果软糯,冰糖融化即可
