Steps to make 剁椒蒸鱼头

  • 1.鱼头洗净摆碟内,红椒去子洗净切成粒,葱洗净切成葱花,姜切丝待用。
  • 2.在鱼头面上倒入适量料酒、生抽、盐抹匀,鱼头上及鱼头下面都放些姜丝。
  • 3.剁好红椒倒入适量生抽及盐拌匀。
  • 4.将调好味的红椒均匀铺在鱼头上。
  • 5.起清水锅烧开后,将鱼头摆蒸架内。
  • 6.加盖蒸煮。
  • 7.蒸8分钟左右。
  • 8.蒸好的鱼头表面洒上葱花。
  • 9.再起锅烧熟油淋鱼头面上即可。
  • 10.蒸好的成品。
