Steps to make 奶味肉松小餐包

  • 1.所有材料入面包机,第一个和面程序15分钟
  • 2.加入黄油,继续和面程序15分钟
  • 3.结束后入温暖处开始首次发酵
  • 4.首次发酵结束
  • 5.分割排气滚圆,松弛20分钟左右
  • 6.压扁,整成正方形,放入适量肉松
  • 7.上下各往中间折起
  • 8.再对捏,捏紧
  • 9.依次做好所有,放入模具,入温暖处二次发酵,
  • 10.发酵好后表面刷蛋液,入烤箱180度,15分钟左右
  • 11.烤好后出炉,成品十分松软
  • 12.撕开看组织,也很细腻喔!~!~
