意式腊肠洋葱包
一直很想自己做面包,在网上买了一个简易的烤箱,经过几次试验,终于开始上手了,老爸最爱我做的这个意式腊肠洋葱包了

  • 酵母5克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 广式腊肠1根
  • 1茶匙
  • 2茶匙

Steps to make 意式腊肠洋葱包

  • 1.将面粉、酵母、盐、糖放于一大碗中,加入鸡液以及适量温水,用筷子搅拌成棉絮状,最后加入玉米油,搅拌均匀后放置温暖处发酵2个小时。
  • 2.洋葱切小粒,用厨房纸吸干水份,待用。
  • 3.腊肠先切片,再切成丁,待用。
  • 4.发酵好的面团可以拉出薄膜。
  • 5.将洋葱及腊肠丁倒入,搓揉均匀。
  • 6.把面团切成段,放烤盘上二次发酵10分钟。
  • 7.烤箱200度预热5分钟,将二次发酵好的面团放入,200度25分钟先放于下层。
  • 8.等过了15分钟后,将烤盘拿出,放于上层继续烘烤。
