Steps to make 虾仁炒西兰花

  • 1.虾仁解冻后清洗一遍,检查一下,看看虾线是否处理干净,然后反复清洗干净,控净水分,加入少许料酒、淀粉腌制5分钟左右。
  • 2.胡萝卜去皮洗净,斜切片,西兰花掰成小朵,淡盐水中浸泡10分钟左右,盐水浸泡西兰不仅可以去掉西兰花里面的虫子和灰尘,还可以保持西兰花的鲜味和口感,然后反复用清水冲洗干净。
  • 3.锅中加入适量的水,加1勺盐和少许食用油保持蔬菜的鲜美度,水开下入洗干净的西兰花焯水,西兰花变色即可捞出过冷水。然后下入胡萝卜片焯水1~2分钟后捞出。
  • 4.炒锅加入适量的油,滑入腌制好的虾仁翻炒,炒至虾仁变色。
  • 5.将虾仁推至一边,爆香葱姜蒜,下入西兰花、胡萝卜片大火快速爆炒。
  • 6.淋少许水口感更脆嫩,加入少许盐、胡椒粉、胡椒粉适量;味达美初榨原酿生抽适量和蚝油调味。
  • 7.出锅装盘。脆嫩爽口,开胃下饭,老人孩子都爱吃。
