Steps to make 酱腌脆瓜

  • 1.把买回来的黄瓜放置一夜再清洗干净。
  • 2.黄瓜切成1寸长的小条装盆备用。
  • 3.把盐放进去,和黄瓜进行搅拌要多拌一会,拌匀后腌制1小时
  • 4.腌好后把黄瓜条摆在平盘里晾晒2天。
  • 5.这是晾好的瓜条,把它放在无油的盆里。
  • 6.配料
  • 7.把配料改刀备用。
  • 8.把配料和调料放进盆里搅拌均匀。
  • 9.拌匀的瓜条要2个小时搅动一次,要的就是入味。晚上放进冰箱再腌制一个晚上就好了。
  • 10.好了,营养的稀饭配上我的小菜要多吃点哦。
