Steps to make 椰香紫薯芝麻冰皮

  • 1.准备好各种粉类、牛奶和白糖。
  • 2.牛奶、白糖、食油拌匀,筛入粉类,拌匀成稀面糊。
  • 3.入锅隔水蒸20分钟。
  • 4.蒸熟的面糊,搅拌均匀顺滑。
  • 5.装入保鲜袋,静置冷却或入冰箱冷藏,即为冰皮。
  • 6.糯米粉适量入锅炒至微黄作为手粉。
  • 7.紫薯泥加入熟白芝麻
  • 8.加入椰子粉粉拌匀。
  • 9.冰皮和紫薯馅分别分成12份。
  • 10.取一块冰皮,放上紫薯芝麻馅。
  • 11.冰皮包好馅料,用手慢慢向上推,包好收口。模具中倒入少许糕粉,晃动一下,倒出多余的糕粉。放入包好的冰皮面团,压实,脱模。
  • 12.做好的冰皮月饼。
