酸奶蜜豆面包
用自制的酸奶替代了以前的牛奶,做出的面包特别柔软,拉丝效果一级棒哦!咬上一口,满满的蜜豆、满满的甜蜜

  • 黄油10克
  • 20克
  • 2克
  • 酵母3克
  • 蛋液10克(刷表面)

Steps to make 酸奶蜜豆面包

  • 1.厨师机内放入45克蛋液、牛奶、面粉、盐、糖、酵母,开始和面,揉出厚膜后放入黄油,继续揉成不宜破的薄膜
  • 2.进行发酵
  • 3.发好的面团排气分成4份,盖上保鲜膜醒15分钟
  • 4.擀成长方形,右边擀薄一点
  • 5.放入蜜豆
  • 6.从左向右卷起,捏紧接口,放入烤盘,放入烤箱发酵
  • 7.发好的面包胚刷上蛋液
  • 8.剪几个口子,撒上面包糠
  • 9.烤箱200度预热,上下火180度中层烤18分钟左右。上色后盖上锡纸
