Steps to make 雪耳乌鸡汤

  • 1.雪耳泡发。
  • 2.响螺片洗洗,用水泡软。(泡的水留用。)
  • 3.乌鸡去皮,剁大块。
  • 4.把乌鸡,响螺片飞水。(冷水下锅,水开后煮2-3分钟。)
  • 5.乌鸡洗去浮沫。
  • 6.响螺片切小块。
  • 7.红枣去核。
  • 8.枸杞子
  • 9.雪耳去蒂,撕小块,放入汤锅,倒入泡响螺的水和适量的清水。(我用电压力锅)。
  • 10.把其他材料也放入,盖上盖子,按煲汤键开煮。。
  • 11.煲好排气后就可以开盖,撇去肥油即可。(响螺片带咸味,可不放盐。)
  • 12.清润滋阴。
