今年以来肉的价格一直蹭蹭往上涨,没有下调的希望,最近鸡蛋也翻了一番,我妈常说鸡蛋缺8月不缺腊月,看来涨价也是有原因的。没想到大虾的价格不但没涨,反而稳中有降,那就用大虾做一个蒜蓉粉丝大虾煲。

  • 小米椒3个
  • 生抽1匙
  • 老抽1茶匙
  • 料酒1匙
  • 1匙
  • 花生油1勺
  • 白糖1匙
  • 蚝油1匙

Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝大虾煲

  • 1.食材。
  • 2.用剪刀把虾的胡须和虾枪剪掉,从虾后背剪开,把虾线抽掉。
  • 3.葱、姜、蒜、小米辣洗净备用。
  • 4.金针菇切去后根,清洗干净。
  • 5.粉丝提前用温水泡开。
  • 6.葱、姜蒜小米辣切碎,放入一匙白糖。
  • 7.小半匙盐。
  • 8.一匙蚝油。
  • 9.一匙生抽。
  • 10.将花生油放锅中烧热后浇到调料上。
  • 11.再加入半小碗清水搅拌均匀。
  • 12.砂锅洗净,放入洗好的金针菇。
  • 13.再放入泡好的粉丝。
  • 14.将洗净的大虾摆上。
  • 15.浇入调好的料汁。
  • 16.盖上锅盖,放到燃气上中火煮十分钟。
  • 17.鲜香味美,香味扑鼻。
