Steps to make 软炸里脊

  • 1.将猪里脊肉洗净,切成粗条。
  • 2.盘中放入猪里脊肉,放入姜丝和胡椒粉。
  • 3.放入盐、十三香粉、生抽。
  • 4.最后倒入适量的料酒和香油,抓匀后放置10分钟。
  • 5.鸡蛋打开,取出蛋清放入碗中
  • 6.加入少许色拉油拌匀,再加入适量淀粉,搅拌均匀制成软炸糊。
  • 7.将猪里脊肉挂匀软炸糊。
  • 8.锅中加油烧制四成热,将挂糊的肉条放入热油中炸至熟透。呈金黄色时捞出沥干油,装盘。
  • 9.趁热撒上孜然粉和辣椒面。
