巧虎彩绘蛋糕卷
做了一天,虽然有点难度,但是孩子们很喜欢!第一次做这个蛋糕卷,还是有很多不足的地方!还需要继续努力!

  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 蛋白5个
  • 黄油35g
  • 色拉油36g
  • 牛奶36g
  • 淡奶油150ml
  • 黄桃两片
  • 白砂糖110克

Steps to make 巧虎彩绘蛋糕卷

  • 1.先从网上下载巧虎图案,打印到纸上,水墨干后,把油纸铺在上面,用铅笔描出图案。画好后把油纸反过来,在有图案的地方刷一层薄薄的色拉油,防止最后撕油纸的时候会把图案扯下。
  • 2.把蛋白和砂糖用打蛋器打发,加入融化的黄油,筛入低粉,搅拌均匀后,加入色素调匀。先把巧虎轮廓画出来
  • 3.上色后,烤箱预热170度,烤1-2分钟,注意观察,不要烤老了,我就是烤太久了,结果最后面团都裂了。表面凝固,不黏手就可以了
  • 4.蛋黄加糖用打蛋器打匀,加入色拉油拌匀
  • 5.加入牛奶拌匀
  • 6.筛入低粉,拌匀
  • 7.把三分之一打发好的蛋白加入到蛋黄糊中,切拌均匀后,再把另外蛋黄糊倒回到打发好的蛋白中,搅拌均匀
  • 8.把搅拌好的面糊倒入烤盘中,用刮板挂均匀,震几下,震出大气泡。
  • 9.烤箱预热170度,烤15分钟。用牙签插入蛋糕,拔出后牙签上没有面糊,就说明好了。
  • 10.出炉后,立即反扣在散热架上,轻轻并且快速撕去油纸
  • 11.晾凉后,取一张干净的油纸,把蛋糕反过来。
  • 12.把打发好的奶油涂抹在蛋糕上,放上水果。放了两层实在失误,卷不起来,后来又不得不返工去掉一层黄桃。卷之前,在最下面划一刀,据说是容易卷,我也是第一次操作,不是很有经验。
  • 13.用擀面杖帮忙,卷好后,两头封住,放入冰箱冷藏定型,约1个小时
