汤浓肉香的火锅更好吃-----猪排火锅
寒冷的冬季火锅成了家人最喜欢的饮食方式,煲一锅肉汤,围着热气腾腾的炉子,烫着自已喜欢的配菜,吃了美味还可以取暖。

女儿喜欢吃红烧排骨,所以今天这道猪排火锅我用了红烧的做法,先将猪排炒制入味再炖至酥烂,久炖的汤底也是浓香的口味,用它烫出的蔬菜已经非常好吃了,再配点芝麻香的酱料一起吃味道好极了。

Steps to make 汤浓肉香的火锅更好吃-----猪排火锅

  • 1.锅中倒入清水,大火煮开后放入排骨,焯烫2分钟后将排骨捞出沥干水分,焯烫的水倒掉不用。
  • 2.锅中倒入油,大火加热至油5成热时,放入大料姜片蒜片煸炒出香味。
  • 3.调小火放入豆瓣酱炒出香味炒出红油。
  • 4.将排骨放入翻炒约2分钟。
  • 5.加料酒,生抽,老抽,将颜色炒匀后倒入开水。
  • 6.加入香葱加少许白糖盖上锅盖,用小火炖40分钟。出锅前再调入少许盐倒入火锅中就可以开始烫火锅了。
