    • 1.准备的食材。
    • 2.糯米粉用水合成柔软的面团。

    • 6.锅里倒适量的油,放入一个个的小麻圆。
    • 7.小火慢炸,用铲子翻动使其均匀受热。
    • 8.捞出沥油。
    • 9.滗去多余的油,锅底留少许的油,给适量的白糖。
    • 10.中小火翻炒让糖均匀受热。
    • 11.转小火炒至溶化。
    • 12.炒好的糖浆呈浅黄色(琥珀色)这时侯下原料的效果最好。
    • 13.倒入麻圆快速翻炒。
    • 14.让糖汁均匀的裹在麻圆上,离火出锅。
    • 15.来拔丝哟!
