  • 可可粉10克
  • 白糖40克
  • 香蕉2根

Steps to make 香蕉可可蛋糕

  • 1.备料低粉,可可粉,白糖,鸡蛋,香蕉。
  • 2.分蛋打法先将蛋白加糖打至发泡,再将蛋黄加入,提高打蛋器的速度。
  • 3.打至蛋黄与蛋白糊融合。
  • 4.分次将可可粉及低粉过筛加入。
  • 5.拌至无干粉状后,加至在模具里。入预热好的烤箱150度先烤10分钟。
  • 6.再将香蕉改刀码在上面,再入烤箱150度烤制30分钟即可。
  • 7.这样子一份香蕉可可蛋糕就完成了。
