Steps to make 桂花糯米藕

  • 1.糯米提前浸泡两小时,藕去皮。
  • 2.把藕的两头切开。
  • 3.泡好的糯米利用筷子,慢慢戳进它们小孔。
  • 4.装满以后,两头用牙签戳上刚才切开的头,封口。
  • 5.放入没过藕的清水里,加入莲子(不用提前泡)、红糖。
  • 6.开锅后,转小火慢炖两小时,关火,浸泡过夜。
  • 7.盛出莲子和少许红糖水。
  • 8.刚才的莲子红糖水放入锅里,加入少许水淀粉。
  • 9.小火再次煮开。
  • 10.汤汁浓郁即可关火。
  • 11.藕捞出切好,浇上莲子红糖汁。
  • 12.撒少许枸杞装饰,浇上少许糖桂花。
