双椒炒腊肉
亲戚送来了自己做的腊肉和腊肠,说是地道的土猪肉做的,自己做的干净卫生。由于闺女不爱吃腊肉类的,每次都是加一些青萝卜或者萝卜干煮着吃。老公也说这样的做法吃腻了,要换种做法吃。去夜市看到喜欢吃的蒜苗终于便宜了,6元一公斤,就买了一公斤,老公特喜欢吃蒜苗炒肉类,就用蒜苗炒了腊肉,老公开心不已,这是他小时候最爱吃的一道菜,这道菜居然让老公想起了很多童年往事,饭后一直在给闺女讲他的童年趣事。

腊肉中磷、钾、钠的含量的丰富,还含有脂肪、蛋白质、胆固醇、碳水化合物等元素。
具有开胃祛寒、消食等功效。

    Steps to make 双椒炒腊肉

    • 1.食材:青红辣椒 蒜苗 腊肉 姜 味极鲜 白糖
    • 2.把腊肉用温水浸泡2小时以上,
    • 3.去皮清洗干净切薄片
    • 4.蒜苗洗净切斜段,青红辣椒洗净切斜段,姜切丝
    • 5.热锅加腊肉
    • 6.煸炒出油捞起
    • 7.用腊肉炒出的油 ,把姜炒出香味,加青红辣椒段
    • 8.加蒜苗头一起翻炒均匀
    • 9.加腊肉片翻炒均匀
    • 10.加少许的水焖一下入味
    • 11.加味极鲜和蒜苗叶子翻炒
    • 12.加少许的白糖中和一下腊肉的咸味翻炒均匀出锅
