泡豇豆夹馍

Steps to make 泡豇豆夹馍

  • 1.绿碗装的新鲜豇豆和黄碗装的泡豇豆都切成粒,比例为6:4,瘦肉切成丁,用盐、料酒、生抽、水淀粉拌匀备用。
  • 2.袋装夹馍(也可以自己做),姜、蒜切成末,红椒切成粒。
  • 3.把夹馍先蒸上。
  • 4.热锅冷油,下入姜末、蒜末爆香。
  • 5.放入肉丁炒至变色。
  • 6.倒入新鲜豇豆翻炒。
  • 7.倒入红椒粒,加入盐、生抽炒匀。
  • 8.倒入泡豇豆快速翻炒,点少许清水,起锅时加入鸡精即可。
  • 9.用蒸好的馍夹上酸香爽口的菜,是真爽呀!
