Steps to make 夏日开胃汤“韩式泡菜蛤蜊汤”

  • 1.准备好原料,蛤蜊提前半天浸泡,水中加适量油辅助蛤蜊吐沙。
  • 2.豆腐、口蘑切片,西葫芦切片、洋葱切丝。
  • 3.锅里加水,烧开后加盐,加入豆腐块,小火炖煮。
  • 4.豆腐煮5.6分钟后加入口蘑继续炖煮。
  • 5.炒锅里加少量油,炒香洋葱丝。
  • 6.再加入辣白菜翻炒2分钟。
  • 7.将炒好的辣白菜洋葱、姜片、香葱放入豆腐锅里同煮。
  • 8.再次煮开后,加入西葫芦片,加盐和糖调味。
  • 9.放入蛤蜊后调中火。
  • 10.加入生菜。
  • 11.等蛤蜊开口后,即熟。
  • 12.撒熟芝麻盛出即可。
