Steps to make 哆啦A梦奶油夹心蛋糕

  • 1.一个六寸戚风蛋糕准备好
  • 2.横向一分为二
  • 3.将淡奶油和芒果丁准备好
  • 4.150克淡奶油加入15克白糖
  • 5.用电动打蛋器低速打出明显纹路不流动状态
  • 6.底层蛋糕先抹一层打发好的奶油,再均匀地铺上芒果丁
  • 7.在芒果丁上面均匀地抹上淡奶油
  • 8.将上层蛋糕铺上
  • 9.外面涂抹上均匀的淡奶油,表面即使不光滑不细腻也没关系哟
  • 10.用干净的牙签在表面划出哆啦A梦的头像,表情随便画啦
  • 11.将150克淡奶油、15克白糖同入一盆,用电动打蛋器低速打出纹路不流动状态
  • 12.小号花嘴入裱花袋中,取适量淡奶油,不用的淡奶油蒙上保鲜膜,入冰箱冷藏保存
  • 13.沿着事先划好的轮廓,将脸和眼睛裱上白色的奶油
  • 14.取一点点黄色色素,将淡奶油拌成黄色的
  • 15.再取一点红色素,拌成红色的奶油
  • 16.分别将鼻子、嘴巴、脖绳、小铃铛裱出来
  • 17.将剩余的淡奶油加蓝色色素,搅打均匀
  • 18.取适量入裱花袋中,其余的不用要先蒙上保鲜膜入冰箱冷藏保存
  • 19.按轮廓裱出其他部位
  • 20.取适量的巧克力酱,入裱花袋中
  • 21.将出各部位的轮廓线条
  • 22.看,机灵调皮的哆啦A梦来啦
