  • 低筋面粉70g

Steps to make 香蕉戚风蛋糕

  • 1.熟一点的香蕉用叉子压成泥。
  • 2.加入水和油搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入过筛的低筋面粉拌匀。
  • 4.分离蛋清蛋黄,加入3个蛋黄。
  • 5.蛋清分三次加入白糖打发至硬性发泡。
  • 6.取1/3蛋白与蛋黄糊翻拌均匀,再加入剩下蛋白翻拌均匀。
  • 7.蛋糕糊倒入模具,震去大气泡,烤箱预热130度。
  • 8.130度20分钟,再160度15分钟左右,倒扣晾凉脱模即可
