  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.将洋葱切段,与大蒜瓣一起放入调理机中打碎。
  • 3.平底锅中小火加热,放入黄油融化。
  • 4.将洋葱碎倒入锅内翻炒片刻
  • 5.挤入适量番茄酱翻炒均匀
  • 6.淋少许鲜味酱油
  • 7.洒入罗勒叶和黑胡椒粉翻炒均匀
  • 8.加入少许盐调味。
  • 9.转小火,盖上盖子焖几分钟
  • 10.酱汁收浓稠即可关火盛盘
  • 11.装入密封罐中,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏,2—3日内用完。
  • 12.也可作为披萨酱涂抹于披萨饼上。
