香酥葱油饼干

Steps to make 香酥葱油饼干

  • 1.料中的面粉,色拉油和细砂糖称量好。
  • 2.水先把酵母融化。
  • 3.用融化好酵母的温水把面粉和成光滑面团,盖好,饧发大约1小时
  • 4.面团发酵到两倍大就发酵好了。
  • 5.小葱切碎,金莲更切碎一点。
  • 6.玉米淀粉和盐称量好。
  • 7.猪油和小葱碎放入淀粉内。
  • 8.先揉搓成絮状。
  • 9.最后揉成团。
  • 10.发好的水油皮揉匀排气松弛10分钟。
  • 11.包入做好的油酥葱味面团。
  • 12.收紧口,压扁。在松弛10分钟。
  • 13.松弛好的面团擀成长方形。
  • 14.两面向内对折。
  • 15.在对折。松弛10分钟后,再如此操作一遍。就是四折两遍。
  • 16.最后擀成约0.2cm厚的长方形。
  • 17.用叉子插满小孔。
  • 18.分割成大小随意的小方行块。
  • 19.放到铺好油纸的的烤盘上发酵约30分钟。直到饼干生坯的厚度变成原来的1.5倍-2倍。
  • 20.放入预热好180℃的烤箱中层,烤13分钟左右,至表面金黄色即可出炉
