    Steps to make 鱼香茄子煲

    • 1.茄子切小块
    • 2.姜,蒜,葱,泡椒切成末
    • 3.烧开水,放切好的茄子,水再开后煮二分钟捞出放砂锅中
    • 4.猪肉剁成蓉,加盐,料酒,酱油腌制15分钟
    • 5.醋,美极鲜,料酒,白糖,花椒粉,酱油,调成鱼香汁
    • 6.炒锅烧热,加入油,放红油豆瓣酱炒香
    • 7.加入蒜末,葱末,姜末,泡椒粒一起炒香
    • 8.加入腌制好的肉末煸炒
    • 9.加入鱼香汁煮开
    • 10.把肉末鱼香汁烧开后倒入焯好水的茄子中,盖上盖,焖煮十五分钟,撒上葱花即可
