【素烧红豆腐】尝试麻辣口味儿
  不是没有做过麻辣口味儿的菜,是尝试着把这个菜烧成这个口味儿,别说,还真是挺好呢。一吃就忘不了了,准备每周都吃一次才好呢。
  不是说血类可以清道吗,正好用得上。对了,还有什么作用呢,找度娘看了一下。
  
  猪血味咸,性平,主治,可生血、瘴气、中风、跌打损伤、骨折及头痛眩晕。此外,猪血可抑制结石,解毒。
  
  真是挺好呢,时常的吃一些吧。

    Steps to make 素烧红豆腐

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.先将配菜改刀,葱只取葱白。
    • 3.红豆腐切丁,用清水泡上。
    • 4.葱绿切碎另装备用。
    • 5.取一小碗,倒上辣鲜露和花椒油。
    • 6.对了,这个不能忘记,干辣椒,还有青花椒。
    • 7.  炒锅倒油,放几粒青花椒炒出香味儿,下姜丝和红辣椒炒出红油。
    • 8.放部分配料炒香。
    • 9.猪血淋去水份,下锅。不要太过翻动。放上盐和生抽。
    • 10.大火烧开转小火烧几分钟。
    • 11.开盖后猪血会颜色会变深些。
    • 12.轻轻的翻动。
    • 13.  加上青红椒和剩下的葱姜蒜,加一点儿糖。
    • 14.分次淋上淀粉水,轻推均匀。
    • 15.放上葱绿,淋上花椒油和辣鲜露,可以出锅了,出锅后放上大量葱绿碎。
