冬至快到了,我们这边的习俗是要吃金团的,里面的馅料可以随心所欲;

  • 笋干300克
  • 猪肉1块

  • 生抽1勺
  • 胡萝卜2棵

  • 1.胡萝卜绞碎,备用;
  • 2.笋干,泡发,绞碎;
  • 3.两者搅拌,均匀;
  • 4.加入猪肉,加入盐和生抽,搅拌成馅料;
  • 5.汤圆粉和低粉搅拌,揉成光滑的面团;
  • 6.分成小剂子;
  • 7.一一揉成圆剂子;
  • 8.用手掌,揉圆饼状,放入馅料;
  • 9.用虎口收口;
  • 10.一个上尖,下圆的胚就完成了;
  • 11.全部整齐的放好;
  • 12.入蒸锅;冷水上锅;
  • 13.蒸30分钟;
  • 14.热腾腾的就要出炉了,小心不要烫着;
  • 15.出炉,开吃~~
