杂蔬小牛腩浓汤

  • 1.准备好小牛腩
  • 2.准备好杂蔬与番茄酱,
  • 3.小牛腩冷水下锅,
  • 4.煮开5分钟,捞出,用温水漂净。
  • 5.取高压锅,放入牛腩,加适量清水,
  • 6.放入姜,葱,八角,桂皮,香叶等调料,大火煮至上阀,小火焖60分钟。
  • 7.把土豆,洋葱,胡萝卜,洗净切块,西兰花瓣小朵,
  • 8.番茄洗净,用开水烫去皮,切块,
  • 9.锅里油热,放入土豆,胡萝卜炒至表面发蔫,盛出,
  • 10.锅里油热,放入番茄煸炒至发蔫,关火。
  • 11.取汤锅,放入土豆,胡萝卜,番茄,洋葱,
  • 12.把高压锅里的牛腩连汤汁一起倒入汤锅,
  • 13.加胡椒粉,大火煮开,小火炖30分钟,
  • 14.放入西兰花煮开2分钟,
  • 15.加100-150克左右的番茄酱,煮开5分钟,
  • 16.加盐调味即可。如果汤汁太多,可以用大火收汁,使汤汁更浓郁。
