  • 白糖40g

  • 酵母4g

Steps to make 全麦花式面包

  • 1.备齐材料
  • 2.黑加仑切碎
  • 3.将牛奶、蛋液、白糖、盐倒入面包桶,然后加入全麦粉,启动一个和面程序,干净湿布盖在面包桶上,再盖好面包机盖子,静止2小时。加入黄油和酵母,再启动一个和面程序,选择发酵50分钟
  • 4.取出发酵好的面团排气
  • 5.把面团分割成大小均匀的12个面团,然后盖上湿布静置松弛15分钟
  • 6.取一个面团擀成薄饼,刷上一层薄薄的油,上边撒上椰蓉和黑加仑碎卷起来
  • 7.每两根扭在一起
  • 8.入箱二发,45度40分钟
  • 9.取出刷上蛋液,撒上椰蓉
  • 10.预热烤箱160度,上下火烤20分钟
  • 11.OK!出炉,很诱人的感觉哦!
