Steps to make 蕾丝边芝士蛋糕

  • 1.将奥利奥饼干压碎,与融化的黄油混合均匀,放入模具底部压紧实,放入冰箱冷藏15分钟备用;
  • 2.奶油奶酪室温下放软,加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器打松发;纯牛奶、玉米淀粉混合后倒入奶油奶酪中;
  • 3.鸡蛋打散,一点点加入奶酪糊中,充分搅拌均匀;* 此时,烤箱预热至160,烤盘加温水放烤箱中下层;
  • 4.将混合好的奶酪糊倒入铺了饼干底的模具中;
  • 5.黑巧克力隔水加热融化装入裱花袋,挤出蕾丝边儿(或者随自己的喜好做出各种图案);
  • 6.将模具放入烤箱热水盘中,约60分钟左右,取出晾凉即可食用,冷藏4小时口感味道会更好。
