    Steps to make 鲜虾云吞面

    • 1.准备所需材料。
    • 2.把肥肉和虾仁剁成泥状,紫菜洗净切碎,小虾米洗净备用。
    • 3.虾泥加入葱花、姜末、盐、鸡精、鱼露、料酒。
    • 4.加入香油。
    • 5.再加入胡椒粉。
    • 6.拌匀成馅料。
    • 7.取1张云吞皮,包入馅料。
    • 8.制成云吞。
    • 9.依次做好。
    • 10.锅内加入清水,放入挂面。
    • 11.下入云吞煮熟,捞出装碗。(挂面捞起过一下凉水,防止粘在一块)
    • 12.另起锅放适量清水,加入史云生浓醇高汤。
    • 13.再加入小虾米、紫菜煮沸。
    • 14.倒入面碗中,撒上葱花即可。
