  • 黄油50克
  • 牛奶20ml
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 幼砂糖50克
  • 低筋粉35克

Steps to make 黄金椰丝球

  • 1.准备好所有的材料
  • 2.黄油切小块,室温软化,用手指能轻松按入就可以。倒入幼砂糖。
  • 3.黄油和糖混合搅拌均匀,要拌到看不见砂糖。
  • 4.用电动打蛋器打发。要打到黄油变得蓬松颜色变淡。
  • 5.在打发完成的黄油里,分2次加入蛋黄,继续打发。(加1个鸡蛋打发融合了,再加第2个继续打发。)
  • 6.融合了蛋黄的黄油中,倒入牛奶,依然用电动打蛋器搅打,还是要打到蓬松颜色变淡。
  • 7.接着用面粉筛筛入低筋粉。(这款点心不用粉筛直接倒入也没问题,我是用习惯了。^_^)
  • 8.接着再倒入3/4的椰丝,留下1/4备用。
  • 9.翻拌均匀,拌到看不见干面粉和椰丝就是好了。
  • 10.用手搓捏成小球
  • 11.放到刚才留下的椰丝里滚一滚,裹上椰丝。
  • 12.一个一个排好,进烤箱。烤箱180度先预热好,烤大概20分钟。(烤箱的功率不一样,时间自己掌握)
  • 13.出炉,晾凉。这些材料大概做了35个椰丝球。
  • 14.装进小罐子。一下子就高大上啦,味道也是杠杠滴~
