自制肉松粉
小妞儿从小就爱肉松,更爱肉松粉。有的时候我实在买不到肉松粉我就自制一些,开始的时候总觉得做肉松好麻烦啊。都不愿意做,可知做着做着就慢慢的爱上了各式各样的美食。也不会再觉得麻烦,现在觉得唯一缺的是时间。一天过得太快了能做的太少了,制作完看看时间都快2小时了。小妞儿喜欢脆脆的带些粉的,瞧着小家伙多会出主意。可是外头卖的都是松松的肉松不是脆脆粉粉的,开始自己借鉴自己炒作的肉松粉,小妞儿把这个肉松粉“脆脆的粉粉”拌入饭里吃的可香了。

  • 桂皮3小块

Steps to make 自制肉松粉

  • 1.材料:里脊肉450克 白豆蔻3颗 桂皮3小块 草果1颗 盐巴适量 生抽适量
  • 2..洗净后祛除筋膜切大块。
  • 3..五香料洗净和肉块一同放入电压力锅内。
  • 4..倒入适量的盐巴。
  • 5..盖上盖子压22分钟,压好的肉用筷子可以轻松穿透。
  • 6..装入保鲜袋内用擀面杖用力滚过。
  • 7..再用手撕开肉肉。
  • 8..倒入生抽拌匀。
  • 9.放入热锅里翻炒至干。
  • 10..倒入破壁机内旋钮转入研磨键启动,研磨到自己想要的程度就可以啦。
