奶油水果蛋糕
#缤纷水果#买了盒1L装的淡奶油,本想做曲奇和面包的,可打开做过2次曲奇后,就因为忙其它事情放在冰箱里了;做过烘焙的人都知道,淡奶油开封后是不好保存的;那怎么办呢?
哎:寻思着自己快过生日了,就做个生日蛋糕,算是犒劳下自己吧;这样不仅能消化掉淡奶油,还能学习裱花,对于一向不擅长裱花的我,也是难得的机会;由于当天的温度比较高,加上雀巢奶油稳定性不好及自己手艺的原因,做好的奶油蛋糕有点丑丑的,好在味道还是很不错的~~~

  • 白砂糖55克
  • 玉米油55克
  • 纯牛奶70克
  • 玉米淀粉15克
  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 芒果2个
  • 白砂糖50克
  • 淡奶油500克
  • 彩色巧克力糖少许

Steps to make 奶油水果蛋糕

  • 1.备好食材,蛋糕胚需提前烤好晾凉。
  • 2.4个蛋黄+15克砂糖拌匀,放入牛奶+食用油拌匀,筛入蛋糕粉拌匀,蛋黄糊就做好了,放一旁备用;4个蛋清+40砂糖+少许盐&柠檬汁,用打蛋器打成硬性发泡状,取1/3蛋白至蛋黄糊中拌匀,拌好后再回倒至蛋白盆中翻拌成细腻光滑的蛋糕糊,倒入2个模具中,震几下后送入预热好的烤箱,140度上下火,烘烤60~70分钟,取出倒扣晾凉。
  • 3.将放凉的蛋糕脱模,用刀平均剖成三片,备用。
  • 4.将备好的草莓和芒果清冼干净,切成小丁备用,留6粒草莓备用。
  • 5.盆中,倒入500克淡奶油和50克的白砂糖。
  • 6.用打蛋器打至有纹路的状态。
  • 7.取一片蛋糕胚放至裱花台上,用抹刀抹上一层淡奶油。
  • 8.把草莓和芒果丁均匀地铺在上面。
  • 9.盖上第二片蛋糕胚。
  • 10.继续抹上一层淡奶油,喜欢吃奶油的可以抹厚点。
  • 11.再铺上一层水果丁。
  • 12.最后把第3片蛋糕胚盖在上面。
  • 13.同样抹一层淡奶油,抹的不平也没关系了。
  • 14.余下的奶油用打蛋器重新打一打,并倒入装有花嘴的裱花袋中,然后挤在蛋糕胚上,花案随意。
  • 15.把余下的草莓对半切放,插在两朵玫瑰花中间装饰,最后再撒上彩色巧克力糖,点缀即可。
