Steps to make 清蒸石斑鱼

  • 1.用微波炉解冻 去处内脏
  • 2.在鱼上用刀割口子 鱼大就多割几道
  • 3.在每一道上放姜片 蒜片 这个鱼太大了。只好切成二份
  • 4.然后放锅里蒸放葱段 撒点点的盐 料酒 大火蒸7,8分钟 根据鱼的大小
  • 5.关火 倒掉鱼里的水姜葱蒜 重新 放姜葱丝 橄榄油 李锦记蒸鱼豉油 就OK了
