  • 香醋1勺
  • 十三香1勺

Steps to make 鸡肉丸烧豆腐泡

  • 1.洗干净的鸡胸肉剁成肉泥,自己剁的肉馅口感更好,加肉馅三分之一量的玉米淀粉,加适量盐、鸡精、生抽、十三香、料酒、适量葱花姜末,再打入一颗鸡蛋充分搅拌均匀。
  • 2.少量多次加点葱姜水,朝一个方向不停的搅拌上劲,大概七八分钟就可以了。(葱姜水:葱姜提前用开水泡发)。
  • 3. 锅里加适量油,油烧至五成热,调小火,下入丸子,炸至定型,稍微的翻动开来。全程小火炸,中途多次翻拨,使其均匀受热。
  • 4.炸至金黄捞出控油备用
  • 5.准备点蒜末、胡萝卜丁、青椒丁和葱花,其实只需要葱花和蒜末就可以了,为了颜色好看,汤汁丰富所以加了点胡萝卜丁和青椒丁,拌饭更好吃,不腻。
  • 6.豆腐泡清洗干净,攥干水分,把豆腐泡改刀,切成两半,能更好的入味。
  • 7.下面来调点料汁:2勺生抽、1勺白糖、1勺十三香、1勺香醋、1勺玉米淀粉、2勺番茄酱、适量盐,再加适量清水,充分搅拌均匀备用
  • 8.锅里加适量油,放入蒜末爆香,再倒入青椒丁和胡萝卜丁翻炒。
  • 9. 下入豆腐泡翻炒均匀,下入炸好的肉丸子。
  • 10.再倒入调好的料汁,炖煮至汤汁粘稠关火。
  • 11.撒层葱花翻炒均匀就可以出锅了。
  • 12.肉丸子搭配豆腐泡,这样烧着吃真的很不错,好吃解馋又下饭,喜欢的朋友可以试试!
