无锡家常菜--肉塞油面筋

Steps to make 无锡家常菜--肉塞油面筋

  • 1.所有食材准备好,洗净待用。
  • 2.肉糜内加盐,醋,糖,生抽,蚝油,鸡精,麻油,蛋清,香葱末,姜末搅拌均匀。
  • 3.取一个油面筋,用小勺子在表面挖一个小开口,然后将搅拌的肉糜塞入其中。用勺子将肉糜压紧实。最后,将缺口弄好,确保肉糜不会溢出。
  • 4.将塞好的面筋码好盘。
  • 5.放入蒸锅内(我是底下煲米饭,上面蒸面筋,饭好面筋也熟了。)大概蒸20分钟,面筋就熟了。
  • 6.将蒸好的面筋端出锅。
  • 7.锅内烧开水,将洗好的小油菜放入开水中烫半分钟,捞出装盘。
  • 8.锅内倒入适量食用油,加生抽,少量盐,鸡精,以及水淀粉勾芡。最后将芡汁淋到油菜和面筋上,即可食用。
