香葱肉丝火腿卷
记得小时候特别喜欢到面包店买香葱肉丝火腿卷来吃,长大后才发现原来一台烤箱、一套模具就可以在家自己做了,那个兴奋!今天使用ACA模具ABT-HPB280,烤箱ATO-HB38HT给大家介绍如何制作美味的香葱肉丝火腿卷。

  • 酵母粉3g
  • 140ml

  • 高筋面粉300g

Steps to make 香葱肉丝火腿卷

  • 1.把制作面包体的材料加入面包桶里,用AB-2CM15面包机的发面功能将面团揉好并发酵至刚揉好的两倍大。
  • 2.取出发酵好的面团,在烤盘上用擀面杖均匀的擀开,均匀的铺满ABT-HPB280方形烤盘
  • 3.在擀好的面胚上均匀的挫上细孔,防止烘烤时膨胀过高
  • 4.放入ATO-HB38HT烤箱选发酵功能进行最后发酵,时间45分钟
  • 5.取出发酵好的面胚,均匀的涂上一层鸡蛋液,并撒上白芝麻
  • 6.再均匀的撒上一层火腿粒,鲜香葱碎,最后挤上一层沙拉酱
  • 7.放进180℃预热好的ATO-HB38HT烤箱中层,上火180℃,下火170℃,烤20分钟;表面金黄色出炉
  • 8.待出炉面包体冷却后,反扣在案板上,从中间切开,并在表面上抹一层沙拉酱
  • 9.把抹好沙拉酱的面包对折,切成约5cm小段长
  • 10.两头抹沙拉酱
  • 11.粘上一层肉松
  • 12.美味香葱肉丝火腿卷出炉
