日式味噌茄子饼
我很喜欢中国各种饼类的酥皮层次感,有时候我也会买烧饼当早餐,今年中秋节我尝试做了热呼呼的鲜肉月饼,揉面团真的有趣又好玩,不过工序也比较复杂,做一回要花上四小时呢!
我一直在想,有没有更快做馅饼皮的方法?

日本有一种从法国传过来的小食叫「可乐饼」,是用土豆泥去煎炸的,所以我今天教大家用土豆泥做成馅饼外衣,不同于面粉揉出来的酥皮层次感,土豆泥的口感会更结实,更香浓!

Steps to make 日式味噌茄子饼

  • 1.准备食材:见图示。
  • 2.用保鲜膜将清洗干净的土豆完全包裹住!
  • 3.把土豆放进微波炉里高火加热五分钟。
  • 4.先去掉外皮,然后捣碎成土豆泥。
  • 5.倒入面粉、盐、牛奶搅拌。
  • 6.将土豆泥分成四份,再把味噌茄子内馅包在中间
  • 7.平底锅倒入适量的油后,煎两面呈现金黄色。
  • 8.最后放点又伊鲜原味酱油,转小火5分钟后收汁就完成了。
