  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.将五花肉放入锅中, 加入少量的油, 小火慢慢煸炒;
  • 3.直至油脂煸炒出且表面微微发黄, 下入姜片、蒜辫、八角、桂皮和冰糖一起翻炒;
  • 4.再加入适量的酱油和料酒翻炒均匀后加盖煮上两、三分钟;

  • 6.慢慢煸炒, 直至杏鲍菇发软且微微出水;
