  • 1.花生倒到盆子里准备清洗
  • 2.洗去泥沙,沥干水分。
  • 3.倒入盐
  • 4.丢进去2颗八角
  • 5.倒入清水,水至少是花生的3倍那么多。
  • 6.大火煮开
  • 7.转中火。
  • 8.大约半个小时,水分收得差不多刚好淹没花生,,关火,等它浸泡1个小时,凉了就可以开吃了。
