Steps to make 扬州煮干丝

  • 1.先制做鸡汤准备草鸡半只,洗净斩大块。
  • 2.锅里放适量清水,放下姜,鸡块,加料酒。
  • 3.大火煮开,撇去浮沫,小火60分钟即成鸡汤。
  • 4.准备此菜所用鸡汤鸡腿,豆腐,咸肉,虾,生菜。
  • 5.咸肉洗净切丝,菜与虾洗净,鸡腿肉去骨切丝。
  • 6.豆腐干片成薄片,切丝。
  • 7.豆腐丝用开水,加点盐,烫2次,捞出。
  • 8.锅里倒入适量鸡汤。
  • 9.放入咸肉丝。
  • 10.放入豆腐丝,大火煮10分钟。
  • 11.放入鲜虾,大火3分钟。
  • 12.放入鸡肉丝。
  • 13.放入生菜,加盐,胡椒粉,鸡精,葱花调味即可。
