【花样寿司】----蛋卷寿司
日本家庭常会在特殊的场合,自制寿司款待宴客;但作法大都比较简单, 并可在卷米饭的同时加入烤紫菜或鸡蛋片,咸菜之类。当然,卷米饭的材料也可以更换的呢!卷寿司,不仅仅可以用紫菜、海苔来卷,还可以用鸡蛋来卷呢!

Steps to make 【花样寿司】----蛋卷寿司

  • 1.煮好的米饭趁热倒入寿司醋,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.将其中一个鸡蛋打散煎成蛋饼,切条。
  • 3.胡萝卜切条,开水煮软。黄瓜切条、大根切条、火腿肠切条。
  • 4.将另一个鸡蛋打散煎成蛋饼。晾凉备用。
  • 5.取一个寿司帘,放保鲜膜。
  • 6.将蛋饼铺好。
  • 7.倒入米饭,铺匀,边缘留1/4空隙。倒入一勺沙拉酱,涂抹均匀。
  • 8.放上鸡蛋片,黄瓜条、大根条、火腿肠条,胡萝卜条。
  • 9.自下向上卷,边卷边揭掉保鲜膜。
  • 10.全部卷好,再把保鲜膜卷上,放10分钟。
  • 11.将保鲜膜揭掉,切片即可。
